aquariumgirl had a cold when I got back from California, and now I've got one. And it's making me sniffly. It snuck up on me with no warning, too...usually my ears hurt, and I get funny cravings for salty foods. None of the above happened.)
More rain tonight, not what we needed. Potomac overflowed last week, just about a mile and a half or so from here. It's a mess.
Work sucked. Remember what I said last week about what happens to our network when it rains? We had no net at work today-no e-mail, no web, no nothing. I wonder if the server was damaged...we won't know til IT moron gets his act together and shows up at our office. This will be, I hope, tomorrow, since a bunch of stuff I need to do involves sending out e-mails.
Beta has been psycho for the last few days...but very clingy at the same time. He demanded cuddles as soon as I got home today. Oblivion, oddly enough didn't come talk to me until about half an hour ago. I've let the bathtub run, so they can have faucet drinks in the morning, which Oblivion was upset about not having today.
Was going to go back to karate this week...not sure if it's going to happen this week, or if it will have to wait. I can't go tomorrow, and the thing I thought was Wednesday night turned out to be Thursday night. So far all the things that have "healed" are doing a very good job telling me that it's going to rain. Mostly the joint, and I hope that goes away eventually because it's in a weird spot. I will take it easy going back. I will not over do it.tommx if you see me overdoing it you are to kick me. Hard. So that I bow out and go home to ice everything down.
I think bed is in order reallly soon...
