*sigh* On hold with NYU student affairs about doctoral programs. Need to make up my mind about doing the applications, taking GREs and so on, if I'm going to do it. Which I will, but the question is, this year or not?

(NYU has probably three different doctoral programs I'd be interested in...)

Anyone know anything about fee waviers for application fees? I'm not sure I've got the $ to pay for the application fees; that would be the big thing holding me back from the applications.

afaik, the general rule of thumb is that if you'd be eligible for financial aid, you're eligible for fee waivers. you can always call the admiss. office and ask, i'm sure they field tons of such phone calls.
