I'm fascinated by the meme that's going around about how you became aware of someone's existence, and when you actually met them in person. Of the people on my friend's lists, some I have very vivid memories of meetings and some, far fuzzier memories of meeting. I'm wondering why my first interactions with some people are so vividly etched in my mind, and others much fuzzier-it has very little to do with how the person has impacted my life though.
If you do want to share how you became aware of me, and where/when we first met, go ahead.

Date: 2003-12-11 02:25 pm (UTC)I was just clearing email out of my inbox and realized I never answered this part. (Boot to the head!) That matches my memory of things, too. I remember seeing you at the Dim Sum (which I was late to).
