My Dad is the kind of guy who decided that he was going to play Freecell, starting with game #1 and going all the way through until he finished game #32000 or whatever it was. It took quite a while, but he did finish.

He's having surgery in a couple of weeks, and it would be kind of nice for him to have a new game to play while he recovers. He doesn't do well with anything that requires him to compete against a clock...his eye-hand coordination isn't quick enough for that, and he can't handle a mouse very well, although a mouse is better than a keyboard.

I'm looking for game suggestions here...puzzle or card type games that me might enjoy that wouldn't involve speed or ultra precision mousing.

Any thoughts?

Doing the parts of my job that I don't like (namely, making calls to sites) is so much easier when people act excited to hear from me.

I'm doing everything I can at the moment to avoid the big projects...monthly report (which is easy) and some other things that I'm supposed to be working on. But it's early in the day and I've gotten through a great deal of what I need to on my to-do list. A few things have had to be shifted around until next week, which means there are fewer and fewer things to do. And five more hours here at the office.
