Cayne's working late tonight. I'm amazed at how quickly I've gotten used to having him here every night-it's odd to have a night home alone.

I'm celebrating by eating dinner the way I did when I lived alone. Matzo balls. Because they're easy and mindless.

And then there's this other thing weighing on my mind...I found out from someone this week that one of those people who you never thought would get divorced is getting divorced. In fact, when I heard the news, my reaction was, "you're kidding, right?"

I'm restless.
