I'm trying to get our birth plan on paper. It's not working. It's like the car seat...I'm procrastinating because I'm feeling unprepared for what it really means.

I have to do this. But it just feels so uncomfortable.

I think I just need to keep reminding myself to ask for help.

Because there's no reason to feel bad about asking my own spouse to help me get things done.
