We need new cell phones.

More precisely, I'm fed up with zedrikcayne's forgetfulness, and we're trying to modify some things to make it easier for him rely less on me to keep track of some things for him, and rely more on himself...and I've actually got a technology related project that I'll throw out for feedback/suggestions, too.) So, even though we've both got functional cell phones that we like (we have the first edition of the LG EnV) we're going to replace our phones with smarter-phones when they're eligible for upgrades. (The calendar function on our current phones is kind of irritating to use.)

Here's what we need:

A great calendar function
A camera (we love our phone cams)
Either a navigator function (currently we get VZ Navigator through our phones) or the ability to get Google Maps or to function as a GPS

Must be rather sturdy-I know these kinds of devices are sometimes not as good at taking a beating as regular cell phones, but we need as sturdy as possible.

Other important details...

We're on Verizon. We're not planning to change providers, so suggestions that include this are not helpful. Verizon had a plan that best suited our needs (primarily with Canada) and so we've chosen them as our provider.

So, smart people...

Palm Centro or Blackberry? (I'm looking probably at the Blackberry Curve-I prefer it's shape and keyboard to the Pearl, unless you happen to know that there's a new Blackberry coming to Verizon that I don't know about .)
