Tattle Tale Already?

This morning, Miriam crawled through the cat door in our baby gate into the bedroom. Naomi, who knows very well that this is against the rules (though this doesn't always stop her from doing it) looked at me, and called out, "Mama! Bebe. Uh oh! Oh no! What we do?"

I walked over, opened the gate, "reprimanded" Miri, and said "Thank you" to Naomi.

Is this the start of tattling?
