Missing Things...

The photo of aquariumgirl and Betakitty that was on my desk in a silver frame is gone. Disappeared.

Hrm...rolodex, broken chair, now my picture.

I'm pissed about the picture. Really pissed. I love that picture, and I don't think I've got another copy of it.

Things should not be disappearing from my desk.

(When I reported it to A. my department head, he asked, "That was aquariumgirl? I thought it was you.)

I know from experience that someone who does that is awfully hard to catch. And even if you know who it is, it is just as hard to get anything done about it.

Has anyone else been missing items? If so, then you stand a better chance of finding out who it is and getting something done about it.

If it is someone who is targeting just you about the only thing you can do is try and keep yourself from being their target. Lock things up.

No one else has said that things are missing. There have been a number of weird things that went on in my office in particular including the issue with STD flip book that now lives in the closet.

Almost all the offices here use the same key, which is no big deal; I honestly don't think it's any of my co-workers; they wouldn't really be interested in my rolodex, since it's identical to the ones they already have, and we tend to pirate things from people who have left.
