My usual MO for stress is to panic, to make a list and to dig in and start crossing things off.
For some reason, that doesn't work. I look at my list, and cry.
I cry a lot...I'm extra emotional, extra sensitive. Stupid stuff...essays on NPR.
It's just stress. It will all go away.
