So, after a phone call to the NP's office this am, I'm rewarded with some barely intelligible, heavily accented message telling me that I was supposed to see infectious diseases and to call them.
Well, I'd already SEEN THEM! No one's told me what to do now...now, now now! ID didn't find anything as far as I know-they've never called me for anything; they called me about three days after I saw them and had blood drawn, to give me the results that were back, and that's it. So I called my NP to find out what's going on. Hello...help me out here, people?

Date: 2002-08-01 07:16 am (UTC)Dealing with medical office staff is sometimes *really* annoying. I left a GP because of her receptionist. :/ So I know about the frustration. I'd call back to try to get clarity...make a pest out of yourself if you need to.

Date: 2002-08-01 06:09 pm (UTC)It's sort of hard; I have some really great days, and then I crash and need to take two days off. That cycle can't continue...it's overwhelming to me.
It's frustrating; I spent last Sunday afternoon with friends, lunch and then ice cream, and was wiped out. I dragged myself to the grocery store on the way home only because I needed juice, desperatly. I would have preferred to just go home and sleep. What this actually means is that much as I want to do things like movie night tomorrow night, I'm not sure I'll be able to do it...
