So, after a phone call to the NP's office this am, I'm rewarded with some barely intelligible, heavily accented message telling me that I was supposed to see infectious diseases and to call them.

Well, I'd already SEEN THEM! No one's told me what to do now...now, now now! ID didn't find anything as far as I know-they've never called me for anything; they called me about three days after I saw them and had blood drawn, to give me the results that were back, and that's it. So I called my NP to find out what's going on. Hello...help me out here, people?

Did you tell this person you'd already seen infectious diseases??

Dealing with medical office staff is sometimes *really* annoying. I left a GP because of her receptionist. :/ So I know about the frustration. I'd call back to try to get clarity...make a pest out of yourself if you need to.

I was watching tv last night and thought about you. It was a show about auto immune diseases. I dont know really know any of the details about you but when they were describing the symptoms it sounded a lot like the things you have described in your LJ. Yeah, look at me playing doctor.

Anyway, hope that they figure out what is going on soon.
