Un-satisfying

Honeydew melon, while tasty does not satisfy the craving I am having for chocolate covered raisins.
Went to endocrinologist yesterday. She prescribed a low dose of synthroid and wants to see me again in eight weeks. No surprises. Talked about Byetta for PCOS with me, but it's FDA category C, so no...not for preganacy, though if I want to put off trying for six months I can take it. I had asked about it when I saw Dr P in January, but he didn't seem inclined to prescribe it then. I'd have said "okay" in January.
She freaked when she took my blood pressure. Which is normal for doctors to do. My blood pressure usually goes crazy in the doctor's office. Outside of a doctor's office, it tends to be fine. On occasion, it's fine in the doctor's office, which is why I'm not particularly concerned. But, because I know it goes up, I've found the act of getting my blood pressure taken at the doctor's office so stressful that I have near panic attacks because of it. I feel really silly about it, and I wish there was something that I could do about it, but most of all, I wish there was a way to communicate this to doctors so that they know that on a day to day basis, I'm fine, but put me in a doctor's office, and you never know what you're going to get.
I'm listening to CNN, and someone is talking about how there are people advocating a change in the law to allow Arnold Schwarzenneger to run for presdent. I just don't think I could cope with that without laughing. I suppose, though, it's a similar reaction to what some people felt when Ronald Reagan entered politics.
