Date: 2007-05-11 10:03 pm (UTC)As for the quote . . . while I understand the harshness of trying to conceive and the feelings of alienation associated with it (I'm a former fertility patient), the amount of shit teenaged mothers get for being pregnant is insane. The amount of bias the kids of gay parents get is insane. I don't know about how people react to elderly parents. So no one else gets off easy, either.
