In local news, I finally put two and two together, and figured out why in the world I'm so darn hungry. It's likely the domperidone...faster gastric emptying (bonus side effect is raised prolactin levels, but I take it for that reason.) Must make sure to choose healthy snacks...which I try and do but sometimes it's not so easy-sometimes quick becomes a higher priority right now.
Looking forward to trying out my new mei tai carrier. Anyone else use one? When were you comfortable with a front facing carry? What about with a legs out vs. legs in carry?

Date: 2008-06-20 11:24 pm (UTC)Re - MeiTei - We did the front facing carry almost exclusively unless we were actively trying to put her to sleep from the time she was like 3mths old till she got too big for it. Theoretically one can do front facing with legs out but we never got that to work. She sat indian-style facing the back panel enjoying the view and loving it. Do you have a url for your incoming mei-tei.
re - visit - as a reminder we will be down there July 22 to Aug 22 and would love to see you. Thursdays will be Chemo days for my mom so a lunch time / afternoon outing at Winter Park would be heavenly.

I haven't scheduled our visit up north yet, but will keep your visit in mind when we do. I'm sure we'll be able to spend some time with you and the Froggy. Are all three of you coming, or just you and Froggy?
