Anyone have a non-soy protein powder recommendation that:

-can be found either at GNC or my local health food store

-will mix reasonably well into milkshakes or smoothies

-has a mild enough flavor (probably vanilla, just based on what I'm likely to mix it into)

do you have a whole foods? they had whey protein powder that tastes like vanilla, it was pretty good. I don't think it's got soy in it.

This is what I buy when I'm into smoothies and want more to NOT add nut butter in large volumes.

I think that Z uses Metx or Metrx or something. He also puts a little pudding in the smoothie to improve the taste.

MLO Brown Rice Protein Powder

A little "grainy", but it has only 3 ingredients: Brown rice protein concentrate, rice syrup solids and rice bran.

I mix it with Yogurt and Bananas and it does otay.
