Okay...so you're not making the filter thing easy. I'm going to do some work on the filters based on the responses and see what happens.

So the least you all can do is help me find a reasonably priced, dark colored, terry cloth bathrobe. Really. I've been hunting for one for a couple of years. I have a wonderful warm dark green fleece robe. But I'd adore and lavish praise and possibly cookies on anyone who could find me a dark colored (navy blue, purple, green...something not pastel) terry cloth bathrobe.

And would someone please explain what the connection between doing dishes and needing to pee. Every freaking time I start doing dishes, I have to race to the bathroom. I cannot figure that out. Even if I've just come back from there. It's just silly.

I once found a robe on Target.com, terry cloth, merlot. Maybe check there?

Also, as for the dishes/pee thing, I get that too. I think it has to do with the running water.

You might try here. I was looking for a robe for Rivka last Christmas, but got my wires crossed with my mother-in-law, so had to go with something else. Nordstrom's did have a good selection of very nice robes, and many were on sale in the store. Hecht's also had a decent selection, but they don't have much in the way of online shopping.

Don't you remember the old sleepover/camp joke? You put the hand of someone sleeping into warm water so that they'll wet the bed. Same idea here. Warm water. Pee.

Yum!

The robe thing: have you tried looking at landsend.com yet? They have nice robes. (:

I second the Target and/or Land's End ideas. I got Scherz's at Target about two years ago and it's held up great. Mine was a 'gramma gift' from Land's End, and I love it.

Check out the men's department. I wear John's as often as my own (which annoys him, but oh well! :o) ) It's navy blue.

Sears and Penney's, men's department. or LL Bean. Sometimes they have the nice fuzzy flannel ones. Or Victoria's Secret, this time of year they might have some dark ones in clearance, if you can live with the giant pink embroidered heart.

Definitely check out Lands End. I bought a terrycloth robe from them when I moved to Boston and it's easily one of the best clothing purchases I've ever made.

Me neither, unless men have big butts and little waists. :) I find that if I get big enough to fit around my butt, the sleeves are finally long enough too (monkey arms!). It really depends on how much different from a guy you're built, I guess.
