So...
I tend to set my exercise goals in six week segments. I find that for me, six weeks works-it's long enough to see change, and a little bit of results, while not being so long that it feels unattainable, or unreasonable. The goals aren't necessarily complicated, but they work for me. And sometimes, at the end of a cycle, I'll entice myself with a reward.
I'm nearing the end of a six week cycle. And my reward this time is to buy some new clothes for working out. I want some new shorts, and new sports bras. So plus sized women (and formerly plus sized women) what are some of your favorite places for that sort of wear? I also may invest in some new socks, but that's kind of a minor thing, unless someone has a fabulous outstanding favorite kind of socks. I also need a couple of tank tops, but that's also not a huge thing.
I'll probably need to replace my sneakers soon, as well, but that's kind of a down the road a bit thing.
